Looking Points offers a 14-day refund policy from the delivery date.

1. Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items (marked “Non-Refundable”).

  • Damaged items due to customer misuse.

3. Refund Process

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

We offer size/color exchanges for eligible items. Contact us first for availability.

5. Shipping Costs

Customers cover return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
